What we're built on
Technique first, always
We'd rather you move well with a lighter weight than struggle badly with a heavier one. Good form isn't a beginner thing — it's the whole thing. Our coaches will spend time here even when it's humbling.
Longevity over intensity
We want you training for years, not burnt out in months. That means smart programming, proper scaling, and coaches who know when to push and when to pull back.
No judgment. No ego.
Walk in on your first day next to someone who's been training for five years, and you'll get the same welcome, the same attention and the same respect. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Graeme
Fifteen years ago, I started CrossFit after a long period of inactivity, just a normal bloke trying to become a fitter, healthier human.Since then, I’ve maintained a regular training regime and discovered a passion for sharing that journey with others.For most of that time, I’ve been coaching—helping people move better, build confidence, and make real progress through practical, hands-on training. My approach is simple: get you moving, keep you improving, and make fitness a sustainable part of your life.I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do believe in being prepared. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing past a plateau, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you to take that next step.

Meet Angelo one of our Strength and Conditioning coaches. Angelo has been involved in the fitness and CrossFit industry for over 10 years and has specialised in CrossFit for the past 7 years. Angelo always brings a smile and a laugh to his classes and makes fitness fun while ensuring that your movements are performed to the highest standard.

Bec has been passionate about fitness and training over the last 15 years, combining her love of group fitness to mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and now CrossFit. Bec enjoys guiding and assisting people with their fitness journey especially that moment of helping someone realise their capabilities which is very rewarding for her.

Kelvin
Kelvin is a passionate weightlifter, strongman and strength & conditioning coach and has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Helping people achieve their fitness goals and working with them to further develop their skills is what Kelvin enjoys the most in life (that and coffee).
