Our Weightlifting classes are technique-focused and coach-led, with an emphasis on building the foundations right before loading the bar heavy. Whether you're brand new to lifting or looking to sharpen up your technique, you'll be in the right place.

We'd rather you move well with a lighter weight than struggle badly with a heavier one. Good form isn't a beginner thing — it's the whole thing. Our coaches will spend time here even when it's humbling.
