THE
HALLWAY
GYM

You don't have to be fit, to fit in.

You don't have to be fit, to fit in.

The Hallway Gym is a strength and conditioning gym in Burswood built for real people at every level.
From total beginners to competitive athletes.

What we're built on

Technique first, always

We'd rather you move well with a lighter weight than struggle badly with a heavier one. Good form isn't a beginner thing — it's the whole thing. Our coaches will spend time here even when it's humbling.

Longevity over intensity

We want you training for years, not burnt out in months. That means smart programming, proper scaling, and coaches who know when to push and when to pull back.

No judgment. No ego.

Walk in on your first day next to someone who's been training for five years, and you'll get the same welcome, the same attention and the same respect. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

A gym that remembers your name
The Hallway Gym is different, and not in a way that's cheesy. People just genuinely give a shit here. About your progress, your technique, and whether you're alright. It sounds like something you'd say to get people through the door.
Come and see for yourself.
