Each week combines strength work, conditioning, skill development and recovery, so you're improving across the board without running yourself into the ground. Because every workout is fully scalable, you'll always be working at the right level for you, not the person next to you.

The Hallway Gym started with a simple belief:

Everyone, regardless of age, experience or fitness level, deserves access to high quality coaching in an environment where they feel genuinely welcome.

What we're built on

Technique first, always

We'd rather you move well with a lighter weight than struggle badly with a heavier one. Good form isn't a beginner thing — it's the whole thing. Our coaches will spend time here even when it's humbling.

Longevity over intensity

We want you training for years, not burnt out in months. That means smart programming, proper scaling, and coaches who know when to push and when to pull back.

Facilities

We want to provide a high quality level of coaching with emphasis on technique and longevity so the members can adopt this training long term in a safe and encouraging manner. All levels of experience and skill are welcome where we provide a safe environment free of judgement and prejudice.

1:1 Coaching

break down some of the more complex barbell movements at a slower pace under the watchful eye of our expert coaches. 

Recovery

These small group sessions are designed to increase your strength, lean muscle mass, decrease your body fat and improve overall fitness.
